Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. retains the right to govern goods and services sold to clients and to maintain the level and integrity of our business. Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. The auction company also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
Payment:
a) All payments will be required to be paid for with the credit card on file after auction is complete.
b) Buyer's Premium is 13% Online
c) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.
d) No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. All abandoned items will be sold for storage and moving fees.
e) Any gold & silver coins, precious stones and fine jewelry that are to be shipped anywhere will require wire transfer for payment.
Loading Equipment:
a) Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may need. Please bring assistance to move heavy items to your vehicle and any tools for dismantling.
Pick up of Items:
a) All items must be on the scheduled pick up-date.
b) Outside of the Base Road Location-All Items must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up times. If they are not, they will be considered abandoned and become the possession of Harmeyer Auction, No Refund will be issued (4/9/2022)
c) Base Road Location: Any item remaining in our building 7 days after the scheduled auction pick up will be considered abandoned and become the possession of Harmeyer Auction, No Refund will be issued (4/9/2022)
No Liability:
a) Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. assumes no liability for your purchases. The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the auction company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to fitness or use of the asset being purchased.
b) Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held. Consignors & Bidders: a) All consignors must fill out a contract with Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC., sign forms and abide by our terms listed.
b) All bidders must register for bidder's numbers using proper ID or proper information.
c) Any employee of Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. may bid at any auction if they wish to purchase an item.
d) All items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when the auctioneer confirms your bid as the successful winner. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
e) If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its' auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder. The decision of the auction company, or its' auctioneer, shall be final and absolute.
Loss of Bidding Privileges:
a) If you have failed to pay for an item your bidding privileges will be revoked. Your privileges may be restored by paying for the item or repaying for the loss of the revenue due to the items not having been sold and by placing a credit card on permanent file whereby future purchases will automatically be charged.
Delinquent Accounts:
a) The bidder that has not paid for, or has not removed their items from the auction site, will be subject to the cost of storage, trucking, re-sale, deficiency balances, collection fees, and any legal fees for recouping a loss due to the bidder's negligence.
Reserves:
a) Any and all items that Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. agrees to sell are subject to a reserve as per Indiana State Auction Law.
Documents:
a) All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For Example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Leins, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc.
b) All gun buyers will be required to fill out a 4473 form and pass a background check. Out of state buyers will be required to have any and all guns shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer.
Compliance with the Terms of Sale:
a) In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
b) Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. is in complete accordance with Indiana statutes and Indiana Administrative codes, Title 25, Title 812, Department of Revenue Tax Bulletin #20, and Reference IC 6-2-4.
Warranties:
a) Everything is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final.
Conditions of Items Sold:
a) All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith.
No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. requires any and all buyers to preview and make your own opinion of conditions.
Auctioneers have the right to refuse service or eject any person obstructing the auction process.
The record of sale kept by the Auction Company, the audio tape of the auction and the bookkeeper records will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
Shipping/Pick up
a)All items must be paid for prior to pick up or shipping of the item
b)Pick up will be scheduled the following day after closing of the auction unless otherwise noted
c)If items are to be shipped the buyer will first pay for the item at the close of the auction. Then after payment has been made the items will be boxed and packaged for a fee of $5 per box. Then the card will be charged again for the shipping & handling fees and the items will then be shipped.
d)If the card is declined for the shipping fees the buyer will be notified and items will not be shipped until the shipping is paid in full.
e) if items are not picked up on the scheduled pick-up day, they may be considered forfeited, and no refund will be made.
f) If an item is shipped and damaged the buyer is responsible to file for all insurance claims
g) if an item is to be returned that will be done at the buyer's expense.

Due to the passing of Janet, we have been asked to liquidate the personal property for her childern and the estate. Janet was an avid crafter and love the holiday's. There is great amount of crafting supplies and holiday decor that will not disappoint.
Please make sure to follow signage in parking lot to the back of the church for pick-up and preview. 1 Ornate Wall Mirror 44" tall x 54" wide wall mirror, very nice condition and ornate style. Comes with silver and gold colored frame. 2 Table Lamps Set of matching table lamps, feature three faux candle sticks and take standard light bulb. Do come with shades and are 33" tall. 3 Glass Topped Table Long metal framed glass topped table, heavily built, very ornate design. Measures 20" W x 52" L 4 Table Lamp Crystal style table lamp, comes with shade and design on shade, measures 30" tall 5 Henreden Sofa Elegant off white colored sofa, very nice condition, is two large cushions on seat, comes with several throw pillows as well. Very nice clean sofa. 6 Dinning Table & Chairs Glass topped dinning table and 6 chairs. Base is a concrete type material, glass top is removable. Comes with iron and padded chairs, one chair is still in plastic and cardboard from delivery. Very nice heavy duty clean set. 7 Coffee Table Dark colored coffee type table. Good design and lines, does have a couple nicks and scratches on table. Great wood grain, approx 50" width. 8 Table Lamps A pair of stylish table lamps. 10 Lighted Dresser Large and very well built dresser, comes with mirror, base and top do come apart. Very well built piece. Measures 72" W x 18" D x 38" T at the top of base, additional 53" T from base to top of mirror. Does measure 94" T x 48" W 15 Buffet Dark Cherry colored buffet, this is by Kincaid, no major scratches or damage. Measures 59" L x 18" D x 34" T 16 Lighted China Cabinet Very nice and large lighted china cabinet. Double front doors with storage below, glass shelves, no major damage or scratches. Measures 59" W x 82" T 17 Dinning Table & Chairs A very nice set of dinette set, comes with 8 padded chairs, all in good condition. The dining table does have extra leaf and some damage that was done when moving the table. Appears it can be repaired. Measures 87" L 42 " W 18 Sideboard Solid wood sideboard, very dark color, in good condition, is dovetail constructed. Measures 48" W x 34" T x 19" D, does have some scratching on top of unit. 19 Straight Chair Very elegant straight chair, padded and covered, wooden frame with silver color to it, comes with one small throw pillow. 20 Settee Modern settee, very elegant look to this as well. Padded and covered comes with two throw pillows with this. Nice ornate wood work on this as well. 21 Gazelle Edge Exerciser Small compact Gazelle Edge exercising machine, has counter and timer and does work. No major damage or flaws. 22 Stationary Bicycle Older but nice stationary bicycle. Works as it should, speedometer included. 23 Westinghouse 30" TV Flatscreen Westinghouse brand TV, 30" does have power cord and HDMI outlets. Did work when brought from estate. 24 Wooden Stand Small wooden stand with drawers, great for kids storage or office. Wooden drawers with metal framing. Measures 32" L x 13" W x 17" T 25 Golden Wheat Pattern China Set Set of Golden Wheat pattern, service for at least 7, cups, saucers, cream, sugar, gravy boat and several other plates. Very nice set, there is some chipping to one or two pieces. 26 Antique Table & Chairs Very old set of table and chairs. This is very well built, unsure if chair match the table but nice older set. 27 Wooden Book Case Smaller vintage book case, has two shelves for storage, some discoloration on wood but not major. 28 Angels Set of three angels, decor pieces. Angel in blue gown is believed to be a tree topper. Wood colored was hand made and third is almost a primitive style angel. 29 Wooden Storage Cabinet Small Mid Century Modern storage cabinet, doors slide, measures 30" L x 17" W x 18" T 30 Table Lamp Lot features three table lamps, all differing styles, did work when taken out of home. Very nice set of lamps. 31 Drop Front Secretary Small drop front secretary desk, overall in nice condition, could be refinished but able to be used in condition. No major damage, measures 42" T x 30.5" W x 15" D 32 Drop Leaf End Table Smaller solid wood drop leaf table, Oval topped and in very nice condition. Measures 27" W (with leaves up) x 21" T x 33 Hames & Single Tree Set of metal hames and two single trees. One is metal and other is wooden. All appear to be good. 34 Pillars & Oil Lamps This lot comes with two white colored pillars, these are decor items and measure 29.5" T and comes with two outdoor oil lamps. Great for the patio or camping spot. These measure about 19" T 35 Metal Yard Art Small tower type metal yard art, measures 30" tall 36 Wooden Plant Stand Wooden plant stand with top and shelf toward bottom, is sturdy and no major damage. Measures 28" T x 12" W 37 Vintage Ice Skates Two pairs of vintage ice skates, one pair is marked and black leather. One pair is Sears brand and both in nice condition for decor items. 38 Wooden Ironing Board Wooden iron board, folds for storage, does have some debris on wide end of board. Great piece to refinish for decor or to use. 39 Foot Stool Large wooden foot stool with removable cushion, Mid Century Modern style, several nicks and scratches, still a very solid item. 40 Lighted Angels Set pair of lighted angels, bottom is crackle glass, some discoloration in the hair of the two angels. Did work when brought to out facility. 41 Angels Another nice set of angles offered. This lot features three of varying styles and types. 42 Crosses Lot of three crosses, clear is 24% leaded crystal, nice small set of decor items. 43 Glass Topped Table Modern glass topped table, does have some damage at bottom of table. Was made to display Longaberger baskets on, comes with some dowel rods. 71 Dinning Table & Chairs Very nice and clean dining table and chairs, all matching. Comes with extra leaf as well. 4 matching chairs, very nice and clean piece. Solid wood construction. Table measures 72" L x 41.5" W without leaf. 72 Laundry Time! Lot features a metal ironing board with Black and Deck clothing iron, Shout pre-treating spray, Resolve carpet cleaner and some laundry detergent pods. Also comes with plastic clothes hamper or basket. 73 GE Clothes Washer Very nice and clean GE brand clothes washer, 110v, worked when brought to our facility and not a lot of age. Was used by single lady and was purchased new by her. Very nice clean set. 74 GE Clothes Dryer Electric GE clothes dryer, matching to lot 73 the washer, very nice clean dryer, 220v, clean and was used by single lady, purchased new by her. 75 Angels Two tree topper angels, both in very good condition and ready to be used. 76 Angels Two nice decor type pieces. One is brass appearing and a candle stick holder, other is a nice small decor piece. 77 Stained Glass Angels Two very nice stained glass angles, both appear to be good and unsure of maker. Both very nice pieces. 78 Glass & Precious Moment Angels A beautiful clear glass angel comes in this lot, lot of detail, does have a chip in one wing. Also comes with an Precious Moments night light, no damage to this. 79 Willow Tree & Other Angels Very nice Willow tree angel figurine as well as two other ceramic one does hold tea light and acts of sort of a night light. 80 Angels Another nice lot of three angels, two are cherub type and one larger angel. These are all made from a resin type material. 81 Round Dinning Table Older veneer dinning table, NO CHAIRS, just bidding on the table. Does have some staining from art and craft projects but still an nice round table. 82 Metal Doll House Vintage metal doll house, still has good color, does have damage to one corner (see photos). Overall a nice item. 83 Charcoal Grill Small charcoal grill, great for camping, tailgating or just to use at home, good condition, complete unit and appears to never have been used. 84 Propane & Tent Stakes 5 bottles of Coleman brand propane cans for camping stoves, lanterns and other gas powered pieces. Also comes with 5 plastic hi-vis tent stakes. 85 Coleman Lanterns Two Coleman brand lanterns, lot features an oil lantern as well as a lantern that mounts on the small propane cans, comes with box and stand. 86 Cameras Small lot of cameras. Lot has a Kodak small digital camera, Fuji digital camera, vintage Polaroid camera and small cell phone. Books and charging cords are present for the digital cameras. 87 Book Case Modern book case, very nice cabinet. In good condition, measures 72" T x 13" D x 32" W 88 Flashlights Nice lot of several flashlights, some still in packaging. Have not been tested but all appear to be good. 89 Bells Several glass bells, various colors and styles. A couple are missing the clapper in the bell but all appear to be good. Could be Fenton glass, lead crystal and others with no marks. Also comes with small heavy cardboard decor box. 90 Mid Century Modern Bookcase Mid Century modern style bookcase, is a set of three, very nice piece, has doors and storage below, does come with extra shelf. 91 Canister Set Set of 4 canisters, plastic, seals in lids in nice condition. 92 Food Dehydrator Small home grade food dehydrator. Still has box and needs some cleaning. Complete unit from Excalibur. 93 Temptations Cookie Jar Handbag cookie jar by Temptations, looks like Vera Bradley style. In good condition not major damage. 94 Wall Clocks Nice lot of several wall clocks, these are all battery operated but worked when taken down. Three in this lot. 95 Mid Century Modern Bookshelf Very nice mid century modern style bookcase, matches lot 90. this has drop front as well as storage below with doors. Good condition and measures 72" T x 30" W x 18" D 96 Canisters Set of two glass canisters, do have seals in top, both appear to be good. 97 Hen on a Nest Small milk white w/ red comb hen on a nest, not marked. Lot also features, two clean glass candy type containers and small modern milk type decor bottle. All do appear to be good. 98 Beer Steins & Clock Two smaller been steins with lids, thought to be Avon steins. Lot also features a small brass colored mantle clock. Is marked Elgin, believed to be modern. 99 Angels & Cross Large lot of several angel decor items and crosses. Several in lot and several types of materials. Very nice collection. 100 Crock Pots Two crock pots, both did work when brought to facility, both are in good condition. One is older style and one more modern. Clean and in good condition. 101 Candle Holder Wall mount candle holder, wooden base and back with glass chimney, comes with glass dish with lid. Makes a great powder or candy dish. 102 Mid Century Modern Bookshelf Last piece to the set of three bookshelves. This is a mate to lot 90 and 95. Same good construction and condition. Measures 72" T x 30" W x 18" D 103 Ball Canning Jars Lot of 72 Ball brand 4 oz jar. Comes with lids and rings, all new and in shipping boxes. 104 Animals Small lot of stuffed animals and home decor. Is a Ty Beanie Baby in lot. All appear to be good. 105 Canning Jars & Lids Small lot of several jelly type jars, rings and lids. All appear to be new or used for craft type projects. 106 Canning Jars Misc canning jars, quarts, wide mouth pints, jelly type jars and others, 107 Quart Jars Lot of 5 quart jars, new still in package. 108 Bookcase Pressed wood bookcase or shelf, in good condition was used in the home, measures 71" T x 30" W x 11.5" D 109 Brass Colored Table Lamps Set of matching brass colored table lamps, work as they should, good shades and cords. 110 Table Lamps Two table lamps, both do work and are a brass or bronze color. Lamps do work as they should, go... 112 Glass Based Table Lamp Glass based table lamp, good condition, good shade and cord. 113 Chest of Drawers Small chest of drawers, is a pressed wood kit type piece. In good condition, could be used as filing cabinet as well. Measures 30" T x 15" D x 28" L 114 Entry Table Black colored entry or entryway table. Appears to be a kit table, measures 35" L x 16" W x 22" T, nice condition. 115 Jewelry Case Large jewelry case with mirror, swivels on stand to get better view of you ensemble. Several places for rings, ear rings, necklaces and others, well built by Clever & Unique Creations by Lori Greiner. 116 Mid Century Modern Dresser w/ Mirror Clean mid century modern style dresser with mirror, no major damage, dovetail construction, very nice piece. Measures 38" L x 16" D x 30.5" T 117 Mid Century Modern Dresser This is what I would consider a dress or could be a chest of drawers, features three drawer in mid century modern style. Measures 40" L x 18" D x 30.5" T almost a mate to lot 116. 118 Stand & Lamp A nice solid wood stand with a modern ceramic lamp. Both in good condition. Lamp did work when brought to our facility, measures 23" to top of shade. Wooden stand measures 20" T x 16" W x 13.5" D 119 Earthenware Jar Two crock or earthen ware Jars. No lids with these, edges appear to be a little rough but appear to be solid. Dark brown glaze no numbers or marks. Measure 8" T x 7" in diameter. 120 Crock Jar Medium sized crock jar, no lid, white or cream colored glaze on this. No marks or numbers, edge appear to be a little rough but solid crock. measures 9.5" T x 9" in diameter. 121 Small Table Lamp Small desk or table lamp. Has glass shade, good cord and did work when brought to us. Antique finish to base as well. 122 Amish Kraft Company A nice little collection of Amish Kraft Co brass items. These were/are made in Grabill, IN and were sold by Janet in the 1980's and early 1990's. All solid brass pieces. 123 Drop Leaf Table & Chairs A nice little breakfast nook or small dining table and chairs. Comes with two padded chairs, small drop leaf table. All are in very nice condition, soild wood construction. |
