Terms of Auction
The property in today's auction will be offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the Seller, governed by the terms and conditions listed below.
1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind.
2. The highest bidder shall be deemed the purchaser by the Auctioneer. Should any dispute arise between the two or more recognized bidders the Auctioneer shall determine the buyer.
3. When an item is declared sold by the Auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and said item remains on the premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from auction premises by June 29, 5 PM. Any items remaining after that time are deemed forfeited by the buyer and will be discarded without reimbursement.
4. The credit card you used to register to bid with HiBid, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, will be charged for the full amount of your invoice within 2 hours of the final closing of the auction
5. There is a 3% surcharge for payment by Visa, Master Card or Discover. There is a $25 reprocessing fee for any credit card refusal for insufficient funds or expired card - please check your card's status with HiBid if you are unsure.
6. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales.
