This boat was purchased second hand from another municipality in Texas.

It is powered by two Mercruiser 350 engines.

Both engines run great, have 642 hours of use, and has been maintenanced according to the manufacturer’s recommendations by both municipalities that have had ownership.

This is a very versatile boat for fire and rescue operations.

It is equipped with a 1,000 GPM monitor deck gun and has both port and starboard side drop gates for diving rescue operations.

The fire boat also has GPS fish finder applications attached to the center console and transducers at the rear of the boat that shows down and side imaging.

Issue with boat in its current state:

As mentioned above, the boat is equipped with a 1,000 GPM deck gun that is powered by the boat engines themselves in a PTO mode.

Once engaged, one engine switches from drive mode into pump mode.

This engine shunts water to the front of the boat where the deck gun is located to extinguish fires.

The water line that runs between the engine to this deck gun ruptured.

Part of the deck was lifted to expose the busted water line.

The city that owns this boat has decided to go a different route and looking to sell it in its current state.

The busted water line is only when operating the monitor deck gun pump mode and is not impacted in any other operation of the vessel.

This repair costs between the range of $10,000 to $15,000.

However, this mode of use of the vessel can be abandoned and not used as a fire extinguishing apparatus and the boat operates great as just a boat or rescue use.
