Taft was a North Carolina native born in Wilmington in 1933. He attended The North Carolina State University School of Design and focused on Landscape Architecture. After graduation he was awarded the prestigious Dumbarton Oaks fellowship by Harvard University. EVERYTHING MUST GO! ALL bidders need to register on CTBids, but registration is easy.
