For any item over $1000, a cashiers check w/ bank letter of proof of funds, wire transfer, or cash is required at pick up unless previously approved by auctioneer. By bidding on an item, the bidder is entering into a legal binding contract. Bidding is "ebay style", the highest bid wins. After the auction has closed, no changes or reversing of bids will be done. Auction Closing: After the auction closes you will receive an unpaid email invoice only if you had the winning bid. When you arrive for pick up, you will receive your Paid Invoice after you sign your credit card receipt. Please check your spam and deleted files as sometimes emails can be sent to these folders. Pick up: Items must be picked up on Monday, March 13th, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm at 58 Tennessee Ave, Parsons, TN 38363, unless other arrangements are made in advance. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or applied. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won. Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers, and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full. Failure to Pick-Up Items:All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises at the designated times.
