Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online auction starts closing at 11 am on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022.  The first 1 item in the catalog order will close at 11am, then 2 items per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Tuesday, February 22nd 2022 10 am - 1 pm.

Removal: By appointment on Friday, February 25nd 202210am-2pm and Saturday, February 26th from 8am-10 am. Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.
