ABSENTEE BIDS - Auction Company does except absentee bids for those who choose not to bid on-line however, absentee bidders are subject to the same taxes and fees as those who bid on-line. Items cannot be picked up until after the completion of the auction and not until they are paid for. All items must be picked up no later than the date specified on the pickup schedule unless you have made other arrangements with us. Item's not picked up by the specified times will be forfeited to the Auction Company. No exception, No refunds. PACKING SUPPLIES & LABOR FOR PICKUP - Make sure to bring boxes, wrapping, tools and labor if needed when picking your items up. These will not be supplied by the Auction Company. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS - All items must be removed on the specified pickup dates provided in the auction listing. Any item not picked up after the provided pickup dates will be forfeited to the Auction Company. SHIPPING INFO - All items must be paid for prior to being shipped. We offer shipping on certain (NOT ALL) lots so make sure that shipping is available for the item your interested in. U.S. shipping only (NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING) Buyers need to inform the Auction Company if they intend to have their items shipped. Shipping charges will be applied once your items are ready to ship. There is a minimum $5.00 handling fee (PER ITEM) applied to the shipping charges on all items shipped. Handling fee is dependent on the size of the item as well as the difficulty in packing. All items shipped will require insurance (NO Exceptions). Should an item be damaged or lost in transit it will be up to the bidder to handle the claim. Auction Company will help with any paperwork needed to recover loss. We will work hard to get your items in transit as soon as possible however, shipping times are dependent on the size of the item and auction. It can take up to two weeks for larger auctions. LIABILITY - Drake Auctions assumes no responsibility for any bidders purchases after the sale is complete.
