3. Buyer's Premium will be charged at descretion of the Auctioneer.
4. All items are sold "as is-where is," with no warranty of any type expressed or implied.
5. Payment is CASH or PENNSYLVANIA CHECK only (no out-of-state checks, no post-dated checks, no starter checks, no checks without address and phone number).
6. PA sales tax laws apply (6%) when items are sold in our auction barn.
7. Payment must be made at the time of pick up. No exceptions!
8. Purchases must be paid for and removed from the auction site within the posted pickup time frame.
9. Items not paid for, not picked up, paid for but not picked up, are considered abandoned and will be resold with no refund to the original bidder. "No show" bidder/buyers will be banned from auctions.
10. Person(s) picking up purchases will be held liable for any damage caused to Personal or Real Property when picking up. You must treat Seller's property with courtesy, care and respect.
11. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time.
12. $50.00 Fee on cancelled or NSF checks. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
13. Auto-Extend "soft close" feature leaves bidding open so that end times are staggered. If bidding activity takes place in the last few minutes, the bidding is extended for that lot
14. Auctioneer and Seller are not responsible for any difficulties that may arise with online bidding platform (Hi-Bid) or bidder's inability to submit a bid online in a timely fashion. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.

Turn left after reaching the top of Fairfield Hill (just past Sower's). FROM NEW FLORENCE (ROUTE 56) take Route 711 S - drive 3.5 miles south of New Florence (from the intersection by Uni-Mart), go past Laurel Valley Elementary (on right), Mirror Lake Campground (on right), Fairfield Fire Hall (on left). Take second road on right after cresting the hill by the Fire Hall.

Heavy. 2 Copper Tea Kettle Large copper tea pot 3 Pink Depression Biscuit Jar Pink Depression Glass biscuit jar 4 Reproduction Tiffany Style Lamp Table lamp with brass base and Tiffany style stained glass shade (feels like fabricated stained glass). Lamp is heavy. 5 Key-wind Mantel Clock 1982 Wooden mantel clock with key, small drawer, glass door. Possibly home-made. W. Germany clock movement. Driver lifts off the seat. 14 Vintage Wall Pocket Very old porcelain wall pocket (for matches, toothpicks, or small flowers) and a salt/pepper jug set. 15 Collectible Beer Bottles (3 ea) Old beer bottles. Iron City, Duquesne and Old Export. Please note condition of labels. 16 Pewter Tray and Mugs Large pewter tray with handles, tiny pewter mugs from W. Va (all are the same) and (2) pewter mugs. 17 Beer Stein and German Light Outdoor German-made battery candle/light and a ceramic beer stein. 18 Jim Beam Bottles 1972 and 1973 Jim Beam bottles. Both need new corks to hold the tops in place. 19 Mikasa and Misc. Storage bag is torn. Surface of set has stickers on it and some wear. One net needs fixed. 25 Bar Light Australian Gold bar light - works. One or two pieces have slight surface rust. 30 Cuckoo Clock Very nice German cuckoo clock. Looks like it is all there. The chains don't seem right, like they are threaded through the wrong holes. Need hooks for the weights. Makes cuckoo sound when moving the hands, but cannot get it to work. 31 Vintage Children's Dresses Great for Patti Playpal, or walking, size dolls! Vintage toddler size dresses. These are not perfect. 32 Annette Himstedt Doll 1992 "Enzo doll by Annettte Himstedt, with original box. 33 Vintage Children's Coats Toddler sized vintage children's coats. Not perfect. One set has matching coat and pants. Great for walker size and/or Patti Playpal size dolls. 34 Braddock Blanket Throw Mount Braddock blanket throw - looks new. Approx. 42 x 66 35 Mink Stoles Vintage Kaufman's mink jacket with open arm holes, silk lined mink shoulder wrap (looks hand-stitched) and authentic mink collar/shoulder wrap. 36 Chenille Bedspreads (2 ea) Double size white chenille bedspreads. These look like they martch. Nice and clean. Approx. 84 x 96 37 Wooden Barber Pole Decorative wooden barber pole. Has one rough spot (see photo). 38 1990's Furbies Non-working (4 ea) Non-working Furbies. Look to be very clean and in good shape. Might need minor repair to get them working again. 39 Furbies (3 ea) Working Furbies circa 2005. Tested with cheap batteries and they seemed to work okay. Did not test every feature. 40 Emo-tronic Furby - works 2005 Hasbro Emo-tronic Furby. Tested with cheap batteries and it seemed to work okay.
