Miami St. (SR 48).  Take Exit 29 off I-70, Englewood, go North through Union just past the Water Wheel Farm (on Right) or County Line West Rd. From I-75, take the Tip City Exit 68, go West on SR 571 to West Milton, Turn South onto SR 48, about 1 mile on East Side.  Plenty of Parking.  Watch for HOGSTROM AUCTION SIGNS to sale site.

Auctioneer’s Note:   This is mainly a 1 owner Auction, which had to be picked up and move due to time and location.  The owner provided this Inventory List.  We will post more pictures when we process & set-up the Auction the week before the Auction.  Let the Pictures do the Talking!  Please Bring and Wear your Masks.  Do your best to Maintain 6 ft distance between yourself and others.  Will have 2 Auction Rings!           Refreshments!

Terms:  CASH or CHECKS (with Proper ID’s, as described below), ONLY!   Checks will only be accepted at the discretion of Auction Staff, please note there will be a Minimum $50.00 Fee for all Bounced Checks.   In-State Checks accepted only w/Your Driver’s License & an Add’l ID (Credit Card, Another Picture ID, Etc).  Out-of-State Checks only accepted with your Bank’s Letter of Guarantee & 2 ID’s same stipulations as listed above.    All items must be Paid in Full and removed day of sale.  OHIO STATE SALES TAX will be CHARGED unless you Bring your VENDORS LICENSE.
