If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but DO NOT BID. USA BIDDERS ONLY: Buyers outside of the USA, do not register, do not bid. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyers' premium is added to the high bid to establish the final invoice price. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115. REGISTRATION: You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in this sale. In addition, You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and at least 21 years old to purchase a hand gun. In order to bid, you must create a username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date. AUCTION FORMAT: This is an online only auction. Bids will be accepted online for a period of days indicated, after which the high bidder becomes the winner of each lot they successfully bid on. Lots will close at staggered times, 30 seconds apart. If a bid is placed within 2 minutes of the scheduled auction close, an addition 2 minutes will be added to the bidding for a soft close on that item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted once the Auctioneer accepts the buyer's final winning bid. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided. NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her personal inspection of the property through photos provided. Photographs are an important part of the item description. SETTLEMENT: High bidders' will be invoiced in U.S. dollars and credit cards provided at registration will charged within 24 hours of the close of the sale. Buyer agrees that valid credit card information has been provided, you will accept all charges and that you will not charge back any charges placed by the auction company in accordance with fees discussed throughout the terms and conditions (ie high bid, buyer's premium, shipping/handling/insurance, no-show and late show fees). Items will be shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking and insurance. Buyers are responsible for all shipping/handling/insurance costs. There is a $5 handling fee per box shipped. We will combine lots for shipping when possible, but reserve the right to send multiple boxes when needed and deemed necessary by Montrie Auction. INJURY & DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold auctioneers and sellers harmless from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. All bidders and their agents enter the site, participate with the auction and remove items at their own risk. Additionally, buyers are responbile for any damage caused by themselves or their agents to the property during removal and also agree that the credit card provided will be charged for any expenses incurred and/or repairs necessary as a result of any damage you cause. Buyers must provide to ADCO Firearms, LLC their FFL's license and information. Buyer is responsible for all of their own fees at their local FFL.
