Zomer Auctions will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. You agree to hold Zomer Auctions and their employees harmless for any interruptions in online bidding. Further, the auctioneer has the sole discretion to accept or refuse any bid. Zomer Auctions retains the right, at our sole discretion, to add, delete or change some or all of our online services and the terms and conditions governing their online auctions at any time without notice. Please check back and review auction terms often.

 Bidder responsiblities are but not limited to the following:

All bidders must provide their name, email address, daytime phone number, physical address at which they can be contacted for timely and accurate communication between Zomer Auctions. and purchaser throughout any transaction or auction. All bidders must provide valid credit card information or wire information. 

bidders will be responsible and must obey any and all local, state and federal laws any/all violations will result in termination of bidding and website use priviledges with this auction company.

All bidders must be responsible to provide payment. Failure to do so will result in buyer to be responsible to pay all attorney fees and costs incurred by Zomer Auctions to collect funds owed. The purchaser also agrees that a 1.5% per month will be added to any unpaid balance due to the Auction Company as well as any other costs or loss incurred due to the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be settled by arbitration in Sioux County, IA.

The final bidding will close and remain closed.


The auction company reserves the right to reject any/all bids for any reason. The auction company shall also be the final judge in any bidding disputes and has the final authority to name a bidder as a final purchaser. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any missed bids.
