Aviation Fuel Farm to include, 1- 10,000 gallon above-ground storage tank that was used to store JET-A fuel and 1- 8,000 gallon above-ground storage tank use to store AVGAS (100LL) and all associated piping, skids, and pumps to be included.

Tanks were operational as of August 2020 and have remained empty since that time.

Entire fuel farm and all piping to and from tanks is to be disassembled and removed by winning bidder. Electricity will be disconnected by City Staff.

Concrete containment area is not be damaged or removed.
