We have to have the property cleaned out by Saturday night. Sunday, everything left is being loaded and going to the dump. INSPECTION: Wednesday and Friday 10 to 5 and most Saturdays 1 to 5 or by appointment. THIS IS AN INTERNET–ONLY AUCTION! 15% Buyers Premium Credit Card Only Auction ( Your card will be charged at the close of the auction) with Approved Cash Buyers (ask us for details about becoming an Approved Cash Buyer). If your Credit Card does not go through when charged, you will have 5 days to pay. If you have not paid by the end of 5 days, your account will be put on hold until payment is made. All Items not picked up in 30 days from close of auction will be considered abandoned and winning bidder gives up all rights to items Shipping: TP Auctions does not handle packing or shipping. We have partnered with both The UPS Store & AIM Mail Center for shipping solutions. TP Auctions will not assume liability for any loss or damage to items. The buyer must contact TP Auctions via email immediately after your auction item(s) close, regarding shipping. Upon request from the buyer, we will deliver your item(s) to one of our shipping partners, who will in turn contact you, the buyer to discuss your shipping options.
