BIDDING; Bidding as Principal When placing a bid, the bidder accepts personal liability to pay the purchase price including buyer's premium, any applicable taxes, and any other applicable charges. . BIDDING; Bidding as Principal When placing a bid, the bidder accepts personal liability to pay the purchase price including buyer's premium, any applicable taxes, and any other applicable charges. .
