All Bidders must first complete the New Bidder Information form as provided. All Bidders are required to provide valid credit card information in order to register for this auction. 15% Buyer's Premium added to all items. Full Payment must be received before pickup time. All invoices less than $2,000 will be processed by the Credit Card on file immediately following the end of the auction. Any invoice greater than $2,000 will have to be made by Cash, Check or Wire Transfer. An additional $25 will be charged for Wire Transfers. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied". All purchases to be removed at designated pick up times. PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF LARGE ITEMS. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Please bring the necessary help and proper equipment for removal. -ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON: Monday 2/28/2022 FROM 11:00PM-5:00PM. NO SHIPPING! Upon successful payment of the invoice, winning bidders will be provided the exact address of the pickup and a link to select a pick up time slot. Please don't bid if you cannot pickup your merchandise at these times. Items not picked up from the scheduled pick up will become property of Ed & Ben Schafer Auctioneers LLC and or seller. This will continue until all bidding has ceased.
