SUSPENSION / PERMANENT BAN: A bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC for providing false or fraudulent information when registering. NON-PAYING BIDDERS are also subject to suspension/ban. The ONLY way to reverse a suspension for non-payment is by paying a penalty fee equal to 25% of the total price of the lot(s) you did not pay for. INDUCEMENT As a condition to registration and bidding, bidders are required to (i) agree that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and (ii) agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. BIDDING Staggered close, each lot ends several seconds after the previous lot (several second delay between each lot, so all lots do not end at the same time). Soft close: bidding activity will extend by 3 minutes on a lot with a new bid, if there is no bidding activity in the last 3 minutes, the lot will close. You may bid a maximum bid - the auction software will automatically bid for you - up to the amount you set. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on this auction. Lots listed as X2, X4, X5 are times the money lots. If you bid $20 on a X2 lot, you will win 2 boxes of ammo be charged $40 total for the lot.
