You may not back out on lot(s) you were the winning bidder and not pay for them. *John Carl Auction Company reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller to reserve price. *John Carl Auction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point. John Carl Auction Company also reserves the right to reopen any lots in the case of a dispute or system failure. No questions asked. *No international shipping for ammo. *Once an online sale is complete you are responsible for the items unless a dispute of any kind occurs. You have one week after the sale closes to pay and pickup or have you items shipped. Unless other arrangements are made, if items aren't payed or picked within a week, we will contact you and if we don't hear back, you forfeight your items. *Once an auction ends you have till the first Friday after sale end date to contact us to pick up or have your items shipped. If you items are not picked up or shipping is not arranged after the first Friday after the closes, they become the property John Carl Auction Company regardless of payment unless prior arrangments are made. * We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. A 4% surcharge will be applied if paying with credit card. Cards automatically get charged at close of sale unless another option is agreed upon beforehand & you contact us.
