Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not have been called out. PAYMENT: All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. This is an online only auction to liquidate the balance of a home in Fenton, MO. The owner is a retired mechanic and we are liquidating his collection of tools, shooting supplies, and the household. The family did smoke in the home at some point, so it can be detected but is not overpowering. The items sell as is / as received with no attempt to improve in any way. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:00 on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022 with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up from this estate is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect and shipping is handled by the UPS store (a 3rd party provider).
