IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE, READ THIS!
This is a timed closing auction. Not every item ends exactly at 7:00pm on 2/10. Starting at 7:00pm, the first 3 lots will start to close. At 7:01 the next 3 lots will start to close. At 7:02 3 more lots will start to close and so on until all lots have closed out at about 9:00pm, 2 hours after the auction first started to close. If you or anybody else bids within the final 2 minutes of the close on any given lot, the bidding will automatically extend for another 2 minutes to allow other bidders to place a counter bid. This will continue until there is no further bidding activity within a 2 minute time frame. This is by design and that's what makes it a true auction. If you want to be the successful high bidder then you have to be the person who is willing to bid the highest; it's not possible to "snipe" the bid. If you have any questions at all, please call me, I'm happy to explain it.
Bidding Tips When you click on the bid bar, (and then click again to "confirm bid") you are placing a bid for the next automatic increment. If you click on the down arrow on the right side of the bar you can select from Create Maxbid which will let the computer automatically place your bids for you up to but not past the amount you enter. This works like the live auction absentee bid and is entirely automatic after you place you maximum bid.

If you have questions, ASK!

About 35 x 35. A nice piece in good condition.

Designed to be split into 2 pieces as is typical with sand cast patterns. About 4' long. Marked F&S Co. You're halfway to making a really large frog.

Crown Point, Indiana City Limits embossed steel sign.
Crown Point was known for 2 things:
1. No waiting period for a marriage license which made it a hotbed, (see what I did there?) of activity for accelerated marriages, and:
2. In 1934 John Dillinger escaped from Crown Point's escape proof jail. To add insult to injury, he drove off in the jailers brand new Ford V-8.
The story goes that these signs were removed because the townspeople got tired of all the rubber neckers.

Buyers not currently known to us may be required to pay by certifed funds including cashiers check or wire transfer.

341A
Scarce Theo. Knapstein Brewers & Bottlers Pre-Pro Chain frame advertising sign

Love 'em or hate 'em, peanuts are a bugger to handle. This piece of equipment does away with scattered, blowing, static loaded peanuts.
