Bidder's sole remedy in the event of an intentional and material misrepresentation of an item shall be to return the item, at their expense and in the same condition it was shipped to them. The fine jewelry in the Conden Estate is now being offered to the public. This auction features, gold, silver, diamonds and other precious gems. Some gems have been described to us by the owner, some of the gems have been identified by Gumer and Co and From the Vault. We do our best to describe everything we offer as accurately as possible. We highly encourage bidders to come and preview the items before bidding, We won't be held responsible for inaccuracies either from the owner or other third parties. If we don't use the word gold or use the word metal then that means that we don't believe its gold or we believe its metal and/or unsure of what type. Same for jewels. Some we may not describe using a particular type of jewel, thats because we haven't had an opinion made on it by a certified gemologist. Total weights include the entire piece, for examlpe if a 14kt gold ring had a stone or gem thats included in the weight. Pickup: Pickup will be 3/11 (2-5) and 3/12 (10-12) The location for these items will be at our office. This inventory is NOT located at the residence. Preview: Preview will be held at our Louisville office this Wednesday located at 8401 Shelbyville Rd from 11AM-1PM. We will allow only one person at a time in the office for viewing. There is a small seating area outside our office for those waiting.
