Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Large items such as furniture, ect., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. A certain date and a window of time to pick up your items for each auction will be given. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer will not furnish equipment to load items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purcharser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abondoned items. Buyer has a couple of days to contact the Auctioneer to claim paid lot items. This is due to Onsite online auctions. After a couple of days the auctioneer has the right to dispose of as seen fit. If you cannot pick up your purchases by the date and time frame set, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a different date and time if applicable. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to defray the cost of making these items available to you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. In event of a disagreemnt of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Vermilion County, Illinois. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions.
