TERMS & CONDITIONS
For CVBA Benefit Auction Mixer
1. Auction will be held LIVE at 643 Kriner Road, Chambersburg PA and Live Online through Gateway Gallery Auctions online bidding platform.
2. No shipping offered. Items sold are for pick-up only.
3. Auction is open to CVBA members and supporters of benefitting non-profits.
4. Bidders wishing to bid online must register on website (www.gatewayauction.com) with valid address, phone number and email information. THE CREDIT CARD YOU ENTER WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
5. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid. In the event of any dispute, under extreme circumstances, the auctioneer has the right to reopen bidding on a sold lot. This is a live auction with online bidding – bidding occurs in real time. When the auctioneer says “sold” that item is conveyed to the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer. Online bidding time stamps are not used to determine highest bidder.
6. Once an item is sold, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for said items. Gateway Gallery Auction and CVBA is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
7. Everything is sold "as is" unless announced otherwise.
8. All items purchased must be paid for by February 24, 2022 unless other arrangements are made with Gateway Gallery Auction.
9. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal check or Visa, MC, Discover.
10. Successful bidders will be invoiced within 24 hours of the auction.
11. Items must be picked up Gateway Gallery Auction, 643 Kriner Road, Chambersburg, PA.
12. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Gateway Gallery Auction any merchandise not picked up within two weeks of sale date will be considered abandoned.
13. By participating in the auction, bidders agree to all terms and conditions of auction.
14. There is NO buyer’s premium for this benefit auction. 100% of funds raised will be given to the indicated non-profits.
