Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online auction starts closing at 1pm on Thursday, February 17th, 2022.  The first 3 items in the catalog order will close at 1pm, then 3 items per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment only on Tuesday, February 15th 2022 10 am - 1 pm.

 

Preview Appointment: The preview sign up will appear on this portal the day before the above date: https://www.signupgenius.com/org/COA

 

Removal Date: By appointment on Monday, February 21st 2022 from 10 am - 3pm and Tuesday, February 22nd 2022 from 10am - 3 pm. There will be a link on paid invoices to sign up for time slots on Sign Up Genius. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.
