Harrisonburg homeowner has moved and we will be selling at online auction the contents of their home at 1021 Jefferson St. These items include lawn and garden equipment, toys, nice antiques and furniture, items of local history and genealogy books, china and glassware, art, and much more. This Online Only Auction Closes February 15 @ 7:00 PM. Pickup February 16 9AM-6PM.

Preview and Pickup Information:

Preview for this auction will be Tuesday February 15 from 3-5 PM at 1021 Jefferson St, Harrisonburg VA 22802.

Pickup is at the same location on Wednesday February 16 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Pickup will be by appointment. Winning bidders will get a link to signup for a pickup time immediately after the auction closes. 

Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. Please bring help to assist you in loading your purchases.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
