Auction Terms & Conditions VEHICLE SALE: Truck is owned by the auctioneer, this is his personal vehicle, only 1% buyer's premium is being charged on the truck. Winning bidder will get an unpaid invoice after the auction and will schedule to meet the auctioneer at Veritex Community Bank 1001 Main Street Garland, Texas and bring cash for the transaction. Auctioneer will have all documents required by the State of Texas needed for the transaction for title transfer. Capitol One Auto Finance will be conference called from bank to confirm pay off amount of remaining balance on truck loan. Funds will be deposited in auctioneers Veritex bank account while winning bidder is present in the bank. The remaining balance owed to Capitol One Auto Finance will be direct wired to release lender lien and send free and clear title to winning bidder's address or bidder's auto lenders address. Winning bidder will get copy of wire out receipt before leaving the bank. Per Texas rules and regulations, the tags, registration and toll tag will be removed from truck when payment is complete. Documents will be provided to turn into tax office for new tags and new registration sticker. Auctioneer will be available after the sale is completed incase any help is needed with tags, title transfer or vehicle registration. If you have any questions please email us before bidding. Indemnification Buyer shall indemnify Thomas Online Auctions and it's affiliates against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify TOA for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Thomas Online Auctions, its owners or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
