BUYERS PREMIUM: A 12% "buyer's premium" will be added to the successful bidder's high bid and will be included in the total purchase price. A 3% surcharge will be charged when using a credit card. NC sales tax for Wayne County will be added (6.75%) unless you have an tax exempt/resale form (E-595E form).
PAYMENT: Cash or credit card will be acceptable means of payment. HiBid will not be charging your credit card. If you win the bid, you will pay for your items when you pick them up.
NO WARRANTIES: The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. Buyer's complete inspection of property is encouraged. All property sells "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" if any. LOAD OUT: All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. All items are the responsibility of the purchaser when pronounced sold. At this auction, you will be allowed to pick up items the following day (Saturday, February 12th) between the hours of 10-3, by appointment only! Please do not show up expecting to get your items if you did not make an appointment because you will have to wait, thank you. Please call (919)222-8479 to make your appointment. Items not picked up the following day after the auction shall be subject to forteiture. Neither the seller nor Aycock Auction are responsible for damage or theft.

This ONLINE auction has a variety of items! Mrs. Vanderburg was an extremely talented lady. Her interest included, but was not limited to, drawing, painting, sewing, embroidery, crochet, and arts & crafts of all kinds. Up until last Fall, she was making crafts to sell at the local craft stores in Goldsboro. This auction will include not only art supplies (and lots of them) but furniture, paintings from Terry Redlin, Richard Petty collectibles, a "Janome Memory Craft 11000 Special Edition" sewing machine, Christmas & Fall decorations, antique books, records (albums & 45's), collectible dolls, TV's, costume jewelry, DVD's, antique dishes, patterns, McCoy items, lots of unfinished wood for painting, and lots and lots of books on painting, drawing, sewing, quilting, etc. There will be a 12% "Buyers Premium" added to the successful bidders high bid along with NC sales tax of 6.75%. We will accept cash or major credit cards (NO American Express). NO CHECKS will be accepted. This auction starts on February 1st at 2pm and ends on Friday, February 11th at 7pm.
