Take the Lone Pine Exit 30 off I-79 (south of Washington, PA). Turn toward Lone Pine at the storage unit facility and c
ontinue to Marianna. Go through the crossroads intersection on Lone Pine and Beallsville Road and turn onto Barr Run Road. The property is located on the left. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
The following items are from the Richard Birch estate. This is only the highlights of another great auction with many other items still being uncovered.
Online Bidding is now available for this auction. Bidding will close at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 28th.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Wednesday, January 26th from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Pick-up will be One Day Only: Saturday, January 29th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
