Any items not picked up within 10 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office 607-972-6781 may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.
Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering with Bostwick Auctions and placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box when you register, and place the first bid:

Bostwick Auctions provides ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect goods to be sold. All purchases should be made on the buyer's own recognizance. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subject to these terms. All lots are sold "As is". There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bostwick Auctions and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance or provenance be deemed a guarantee.
**This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All Sales are FINAL. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
*Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown on the catalog using the bid price x quantity. (EXAMPLE- "12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00.)
We reserve the rights to charge your credit card a deposit for your bids.
All sales are subject to a 16% Buyer's Premium
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping - Actual Carrier Cost (We ship via FedEx and USPS), plus approximately $5.55 for electronic signature plus insurance cost).
Handling - Minimum $17 per package. Items that need added packing time/supplies will have additional charges.
PACKAGE INSURANCE **IMPORTANT***
We ship using the Point-To-Ship Program provided by Hibid. Therefore, we must use the Insurance company provided by them. UPS Capital Insurance is a Private Insurance Company, not FedEx or USPS. As such, claims must be made within 3 business days of the delivery - Not all Items are eligible for insurance coverage (ie., Personal Household Products, Stamps, Currency, Money, Coins, Precious Stones, Fine Arts & Jewelry) - If you request shipment of these items you accept 100% of the risk).
BE ADVISED: Bostwick's is not responsible nor will we reimburse any amount over the amount paid by UPS Capital Insurance Company for any claim.
