The auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred in connection with the auction. 5. Purchaser assumes responsibilty for items when "sold", or upon delivery to purchaser. Purchaser should secure their items as appropriate. 6. Statements made on day of auction take precedence over previously written material or advertisments. 7. Any shipping will be the responsibilty of the bidder. 8. A 10% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases.
