Auction Terms & Conditions Winning bidder agrees to all terms and conditions set by 14th Street Storage. Immediately following the sale's end, the successful bidder will be contacted by 14th Street Storage and payment will be taken by credit card. If you would like to meet with our facility manager, please call 502-807-2706 to schedule an appointment. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact 14th Street Storage to pay amount owed within 24 hours. Winning bidder has 72 hours from time of payment to empty and clean the unit. If buyer makes no contact, winning bidder forfeits the unit and the unit becomes the property of the landlord (14th Street Storage). Additionally, the winning bidder will be forbidden to bid on McBride Auctions sites as well as Hibid.com. All sales are final. No dumpster use available onsite.

They all seemed to be packed. Payment due within 24 hours, winning bidder to also pay a $200 fully refundable deposit which is fully refunded once the unit is cleaned and swept. We accept credit cards, cash, Venmo, Cashapp or Paypal (3.25% fee). |
