There is no guarantee or warranty that comes with any online auction item. Items are sold as is-where is with no warranty or guarantee. Closing bids are FINAL and Customer agrees that their final closing highest bids are legal sales transactions. Hypnotique Auctions makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 17% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction. No sales tax will be refunded. -PAYMENT Upon sucessful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box , the buyer agrees and grants permission to Hypnotique Auctions to bill the buyers credit card used for the registration for all items the buyer purchases in the auction. The buyer also understands by agreeing to these terms that they will be billed for these purchases regardless of whether the buyer fails to take ownership of the items at one of the scheduled pickup days. If your credit card is declined, an additional $25 transaction fee will be charged. Buyers that fail to take ownership of their items, and refuse to pay for these items, will be blocked from all future online auctions conducted by Hypnotique Auctions. -ON SITE PICK UP Hypnotique Auctions DOES NOT provide Customer with packing supplies, tools or equipment for removal and loading of Customer's item(s). Customer must supply their own packing supplies, tools, equipment and/or moving labor during their assigned pick up time. Customer retains responsibility for a safe and unobtrusive removal of items. During the pick up of items, the Customer is responsible for any damages to item(s) or property. -SHIPPING If you require shipping, please respond to the invoice email within 24 hours to request your items be shipped. Any requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed. Shipping is available through Romital Shipping Center. For any shipping questions, please contact Romital directly at 281-907-0033. -ITEM(S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE Purchases left beyond deadline for pickup will be forfeited without refund and Hypnotique Auctions reserves the right to resell any forfeited items. -OFFSITE AUCTIONS- ITEM(S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE For all "off site auctions" we will charge a debris removal fee of $25 PER LOT for any lots left past the pick up time an no refund will be given. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP.

For our last auction of the year, we're clearing out our warehouse! We'll be adding additional lots over the next 2 days so be sure to keep checking back! We will have auction pick up on FRIDAY 12/31 from 3pm-7pm by appointment only. If you are unable to make it to the pick up, we offer shipping and also can hold your items until our next auction for a storage fee of $10 per lot!
