INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Auction Terms & Conditions ALL SALES FINAL UPON AWARD OF ONLINE BID Prior to bidding you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this auction. By Registering to bid you enter into a binding legal agreement with "Washington Estate Liquidation LLC" There is a 15% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.15 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval. Winning Bidders wave the right to dispute or deny payment on any purchase made with a credit card or bank card. REMOVAL: Removal of any items won at the auction are the sole responsibility of the winning bidders. Removal must be made within the time frame specified in each individual auction. Removal hours: You will recieve an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. It is your responsibility to find that email. Please add Chris@WaEstateLiquidation.com to your "safe" email list to ensure you receive our emails. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the ACTUAL Shipping Costs. If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. Online Bids: Online bidders will not have any claim against "Washington Estate Liquidation LLC" for any error having occurred on the bidding platform.
