Direction: Take I-94 to US-127 (Exit 142) and head south towards Hudson.  In Approx. 7 miles, turn right onto Floyd Ave then left onto Hague Ave in 1.2 Miles. Turn right in 2 miles onto Emmons Rd, and auction entrance will be on the left.

Note: North college entrance (Emmons Rd), west of baseball field, will be the exclusive entrance and exit for the auction.

All 2 post vehicle lifts will be uninstalled immediately following the open house for easy auction day load out

There will be a fork lift to assist load out

Additional Load out - Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm

All small items or easy to lift items must be removed auction day.

 Auction check in and preview on auction day is 8:00am

Auctioneers note: We have received a tremendous response to the auction, so it might be a good idea to come a little earlier to look around and register . There are several porta johns on site.

There will NOT be a food service during the auction, so plan for that.

We will start outside on some of the bigger items - Work Benches, Golf Carts, Tool Boxes, Tire related, etc.

There will be a separate ring for a short time in the last bay, which is engines, office furniture, cabinets, and some tools.

After we sell outside, we will move inside to sell the big items - the lifts, racks, etc. Followed by all the tools and specialty equipment.
