Please read all of the Terms and Conditions.
1. This is an internet only auction. All bidding is online. The bidding for this auction will close on Thursday, December 30th, 2021 at 7:00pm. Lots will close approximately every 20 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page.
2. A preview for lots 101 - 409 and 501 - 620 will be held on Tuesday, December 28th from 3pm - 6pm at 35 S Willowdale Dr, Lancaster, PA 17602.
35 Willowdale Dr, Lancaster, PA 17602 is the only address for Rockvale Outlets. Suite #809 is facing Lincoln Highway and located beside KFC. It sits across the street from the Adidas Outlet. Please refer to lot 5 to view the map.
A preview for lots 410 - 415 will be held at Morr Range at 2488 Willow Street Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602. Their normal business hours are Sun-Mon 11AM - 5PM, Tue-Sat 10AM - 7PM. Holiday hours may differ. Please call them at 717-517-7135 for questions.
3. Pick up for lots 101 - 409, 501 - 503 and 508 - 620 will be held on Tuesday, January 4th from 2pm - 6pm and Wednesday, January 5th from 10am - 3pm at 35 S Willowdale Dr, Lancaster, PA 17602.
Lots 410 - 415 and 504 - 507 will be at Morr Range located at 2488 Willow Street Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602. You can pick them up during their normal business hours or have them shipped to your local FFL. Morr will handle the background checks or ship these items to your preferred FFL.
4. Ammo and gun parts will be available for local pickup only at 35 S Willowdale Dr Suite #809, Lancaster, PA 17602.
5. Ammo, gun parts and mounts are not able to be shipped.
Firearms can be shipped through Morr Range to another FFL for a flat fee of $60. Please call them at 717- 517-7135 if you need more information.
6. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come preview, see and inspect the items.
7. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
8. NOTICE: H.K. Keller will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 3pm on Wednesday, January 5th, 2021. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Firearms at Morr Range should be picked up or shipped by Friday, January 7th or a storage fee may be incurred.
9. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
10. H.K. Keller reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. Morr also reserves the right to reject the transfer of any firearm to the purchaser.
11. Applicable taxes include PA sales tax of 6%. If you have a sales tax exemption for resale or another reason, H.K. Keller needs a copy of the certificate on file in order to remove sales tax. Please email peg@hkkeller.com with your copy.
12. This auction has a 15% buyer's premium and 6% PA sales tax. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $115 with sales tax of $6.90 for a total due of $121.90.
13. All firearm transfers, shipping and associated fees will be handled and collected by Morr. A fee of $50 per firearm will be paid by the buyer to Morr.
14. All firearm sales are subject to all federal and state firearm regulations.
15. Firearms will not be sold to bidders that do not comply with all requirements.
16. Firearms will not be sold to buyers outside the U.S.A.
17. Ammunition buyers must be at least 18 years old and show proof of age at pickup.
18. Long gun buyers must be at least 18 years old and show proof of age at pickup.
19. Handgun buyers must be at least 21 years old.
20. You will receive an invoice listing the items won within a few hours of the auction closing. If you do not receive an email with your invoice, please check your spam folder. Your credit card will automatically be charged unless prior arrangements have been made. If your card is declined, you will receive an unpaid invoice with instructions on how to make payment. Our office may contact you to make payment before the pickup. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. Buyer's purchases will be paid with the credit card used to register for this auction if the bidder does not show up.
21. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction and authorize us to charge your credit card for the incurred fees if you fail to complete your transaction.
22. Shipping of firearms must be done through Morr Range to the FFL holder of your choice. Your FFL dealer will need to contact Morr Range to arrange shipping.
23. All handgun transfers are subject to federal/state background checks. For local pickup, Morr Range will handle the background check for handguns and lots 410 - 415.
24. If you need shipping services for pelts you can contact our local UPS Store and they will be happy to help you. UPS Store: Contact store1005@comcast.net, 590 Centerville Road Lancaster, PA 17601, 717-898-9303.
The UPS Store will not ship ammo, gun parts, firearms or mounts.
25. There are no shipping, transporting or packing services offered by H.K. Keller.
26. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. H.K. Keller is a member of the National and State Auctioneers Associations. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies.
27. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property.
28. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
29. Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown using the bid price x quantity. (Example "$12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00).
