From the Claysville Exit off I-70, turn right onto Rt. 40 and then turn right onto Rt. 231( E. Finley Dr.) for 6 miles. At the 4-way turn right onto Burnsville Ridge, then turn right onto Pine Road. Go to the end of the road to the auction site. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
Behm’s Auction and Real Estate Services, LLC has been commissioned to sell the following items for the William Grimes estate from Claysville. This is only the highlights of a large auction.
Online Bidding IS NOW OPEN for this auction. Bidding will close at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 28th.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview is Tuesday, December 21st from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Pick-up will be One Day Only: Wednesday, December 29th from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
