Any items not paid for within 10 days of receipt of the payable invoice will the charged off as “non-paying bidder“ on HiBid to be relisted in a future auction or returned to the consignor at the auctioneers discretion.
Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the representatives of The Archive Auction LLC. Non-payment charges off are not reversible once placed with HiBid.
