CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO OPEN UP MORE PICTURES - Wayne Regional Agricultural Fair in Dudley, NC had Boon Hill Gallery from Princeton, NC showcase their talent by doing Chainsaw Carvings during the 10 day fair this past fall. There was suppose to be an onsite live auction held the last day of the fair but bad weather changed plans. The wood used in the carvings is dry pine. Please note these carvings do have a varnish on them but will need to have a sealer put on them before placing outside. A regular routine maintenance will provide long lasting enjoyment for years to come. Also to protect your carving, DO NOT place directly on the ground because of moisture damage. PLEASE NOTE in the pictures we have placed a 2 step stool to help you see how big each piece is. Some of the carvings include bears, Cardinal, beaver, owl, rooster, fox, pumpkins, eagle, skull and more.
