We will now be charging a storage fee of $5 per lot per day or $5 per cubic foot per day for any items not picked up on pick up day at the discretion of the auctioneer. *Payment must be made before any items are removed. * If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date (regardless if item has been paid for), said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Bidders who do not make payment may be blocked from future auction. *Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s). * Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card or PayPal (4% Fee for Electronic Transactions) (in USD). CHECKOUT: *ONE DAY ONLY* MONDAY, November 22nd FROM 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm CDT at GATHMAN AUCTION COMPANY'S AUCTION HOUSE (306 W. MAIN ST., HAVANA, IL 62644). All items must be paid for and picked up by November 22nd at 5:00 pm. If you purchased large items, please make sure you bring someone to help you load. SHIPPING: We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Arrangements need to be made by November 22nd at 5:00 pm by sending an email to info@gathmanauction.com. If you requested shipping through the note to the auctioneer then the shipping department will pull your items on checkout morning and send you an invoice through Square for the cost of your auction items and shipping costs to be paid in a single transaction. On checkout day invoices paid prior to 3:30pm will leave the same day. Other shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday for any invoices paid prior to Noon that day. If we are unable to pack your items on checkout day the shipping department will email you about when your items should be ready. Once your invoice is paid in full you will be emailed a copy of your paid invoice as a reciept and receive a separate email with tracking number for each of your packages after the label is printed.
