Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions
1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 7:00PM on Monday November 29th, 2021. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page.
2. PREVIEW in Somerset PA, will be by Appointment only. Contact our office by phone (814)279-8453 to set up your appointment. It is the duty of the bidder to do their due dilligence and inspect the items they plan to bid on. Our staff tries to describe and picture all goods or property as accurately as possible. However it is the duty of the bidder to ensure the item is to his or her standards.
3. Pick up: Saturday Dec. 4th from 9:00AM - 3:00PM in Somerset, PA 15501. Location will be sent to the successful bidder via email at the conclusion of the auction. Pick up for van is based on a mutually agreeable date/time between Seller & Buyer. ALL GOODS must be picked up on this day. Please bring ANY HELP, boxes and packing materials you may need to remove your items(Our staff is busy checking in and assisting buyers & are not responsible for loading items). If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the bidder is still required to make payment in full and the credit card on file will still be charged.
4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason.
5. All Bidders must register with a valid credit card and accurate & up to date information.
6. It is the bidders duty to inspect all items before bidding. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions however human error can sometimes occur. So if you are a potential buyer, please attend the preview to be sure the items are to your liking and standards.
7. NOTICE: Silver Key Auction Solutions will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times.
8. Silver Key Auction Solutions works on behalf of the seller and reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
9. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium.. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110.
10. BUYER will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at the closing of the auction and credit cards will be charged at that time unless previously arrangements have been made with our staff. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Credit Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the Bidder will forfeit item/s and the credit card on file will still be charged.
11. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.
12. Local Pick up only. Shipping is not offered for this auction. All successful buyers must be present to pick up their on the posted pick up/removal date and time or risk forfeiting their items.
13. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions.
14. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
15. After Bidder successfully registers for this auction, the Bidder acknowledges and agrees that his/her email address will be added to Silver Key Auction Solution's email list. This will be used to keep the Bidder informed about upcoming events.
