when auctioneer says "SOLD." The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and
is legally binding. All sales are final.
All purchases must be paid for the day of the auction before the buyer leaves
the premises. Auctioneer is acting as agent only. The auctioneer's decision is
final. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed and online
matter.
Buyer agrees, upon registration to bid, to the terms and conditions of the sale.

Auction Pickup is Tuesday November 16th from 9am-6pm 3 Shipping, not everything can be shipped call. Shipping is available within reason. We ship in house, and charge an extra $5 handling fee for most boxes, $3 for envelope, and $7.50 for large boxes. Our packages ship either USPS or UPS. Please let us know if you are requiring shipping.
