All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees. We do our best to point out any flaws we see and even take pictures of the flaws. We do not, however, get out a microscope to scan every square inch of an item. We are more than happy to have you come out prior to auction close to view any and all items in person. Just schedule a time with Julie to do so.
There is a 15% buyers premium added to all winning bids. Due to our current environment we plan on charging the credit card that you have on file with HiBid. Method of payment: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us.
Bidding
A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.
And remember all items not picked up will be forfeited to the auction house and resold at the next auction. If you have any issues please call us. We can normally work things out if proper communication takes place.

Many rustics, primitive and vintage items. Please call if you have questions on any items. Winning bidders will be given the specific pick-up address in Springtown, TX on the emailed invoice. At the conclusion of the auction, we will charge the credit card on file, for all winning bidders. We plan on having pick up on Thursday, November 18th from 2PM - 6PM and Friday, November 19th from 9AM-1PM. If you have a conflict with these 2 days, please call Julie to work out an alternate day/time. If you do not receive an invoice by email, please check your SPAM folder. Any items not picked up by Saturday the 20th, or if you have not arranged an alternate pick-up date, will be forfeited to the auction company, and resold at the next auction.
