By bidding with our auction company, you are agreeing to the following.
This property will be sold subject to the Executor's acceptance of the final bid. 10% buyer's premium is added to the final bid price resulting in purchase price. $25,000 nonrefundable deposit is due at the close of the auction in cash or certified funds (no personal checks). Proof of funds is required in order to bid. If the deposit is paid with a credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added to the deposit. All inspections must be conducted prior to bidding. Closing will take place approximately 60 days from the end of the auction, and is not contingent on the buyer's ability to secure funds. If buyer is unable to produce funds at the closing, the deposit will not be refunded and the property will be re-sold. Cooperating brokers will be protected if they register their clients with Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service before the open house dates or before their client registers to bid, and must attend the open house with their client. Brokers can register their clients by emailing todd@bontragerauction.com. Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service is acting as exclusive agent for the seller. Condition reports given by the staff of Bontrager's Auction Service are subjective, and while we strive to be honest, we will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in description. Buyer is responsible for examining items before bidding. Auction company does not take responsibility for buyer's failure to examine. Merchandise is not subject to adjustments once the item has been sold.
