Terms: Exact Cash only (no change will be given), Check, Visa & MasterCard on purchases to be picked up. 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items sold. Please make a note when registering if you would like to pay cash or check, if we are not notified prior to auction end, the credit card on file will be charged.

Registration: All buyers must provide all information needed to register including valid credit card number. Please Note: the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. We will confirm all information is entered correctly prior accepting your bids.

Removal / Load Out: Removal / Load Out:A Parrott Auction Crew Member / representative will be at our Newton, IL location located at 101 S. Jackson, Newton, IL 62448 (Nw corner of the square) to administer pickup on Thursday June 6th from 3 to 6PM Central, Friday June 7th from 3 to 6PM Central, & Monday June 3rd from 9 to 12NOON Central, (the “Removal Dates”). No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full. Please Note: If you would rather pick up your items from the Lawrenceville location, that can be arranged by appointment only at no additional charge. If items are not picked up during that time-frame, immediately following the last pickup day, we will automatically charge your credit card on file a cost of $25.

If items are not picked up during that time-frame, other arrangements will be made at a cost of $25. If items remain after 7 days from auction close, buyer will forfeit the rights to said items and Parrott Real Estate & Auction Co., LLC will then have full authority on what the next step will be (i.e. removal of items)

Shipping: If shipping is desired, please make note when registering as we can immediately sort items for shipment at auctions end to expedite the shipping process. All shipping costs, insurance and signature on delivery will be paid for by buyer. Buyer will also be charged a handling fee of $15 per shipment.
