Take WV Rt. 2 south from Moundsville. Turn left onto Proctor Creek Rd (Rt. 89) to Antioch Church. Turn left at the Y intersection, then onto St. Joseph/Baker Hill Rd. Turn right on to Klug Dr. then right onto Bens Lane. Please follow Behm’s Auction signs to the property located at the end of the lane.
Behm’s Auction and Real Estate Services is honored to have the opportunity to conduct the Nila Frophnapfel Estate Auction. The Frophnapfel family lived on this farm for several decades and was a strong supporter of the community. We will offer the following items from the home, five garages and barns.
Online Bidding IS AVAILABLE NOW and will end on Friday, November 12th, beginning at 6:00 pm.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Tuesday, November 9th, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Pick-up will be One Day Only – Saturday, November 13th from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
