Take the Lone Pine Exit 30 off I-79 (south of Washington, PA). Turn toward Lone Pine at the storage unit facility and continue to Marianna. Go through the crossroads intersection on Lone Pine and Beallsville Road and turn onto Barr Run Road. The property is located on the left. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
The following items are from the Richard Birch estate. This auction will be from the garage and barn areas with items being found that have not been viewed for several years.

Online Bidding will begin on Tuesday, October 26th. Bidding will begin to close at 6:00 pm on Sunday, November 7th.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Tuesday, November 2nd from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Pick-up will be One Day Only: Monday, November 8th from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
