There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items with the exception of the real estate. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid on any item. Bidders may preview and inspect items beginning at 3 p.m. on date of auction. All items must be removed from the auction site by end of auction unless other arrangements are made with auction staff. Items left more than 7 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned by the buyer.

In addition to our usual variety of furniture, tools, housewares, new items and vintage items - on the second Saturday of every month we have BOX DEALS. Beginning at 3:30 p.m., we will sell about 150 box deals in just half an hour. Then at 4:00 p.m., we will begin the General Merchandise auction. We have lots of treasures and incredible deals. Something for everyone! Everyone is welcome at our auction. We have a comfortable air conditioned auction house, plenty of parking and seating, a fantastic concession stand, and friendly staff. Come see us and bring a friend! |
