SHIPPING - Please respond to email or call 319-435-2302 if shipping is required. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Please schedule a pick up time for items of your won lots. You will need to bring your own help to carry items out of the house.

Terms: Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. No refunds will be granted. If you can’t be at the pick up at the date and time, please refrain from bidding.

Address of pick up location will be emailed to you on your invoice of items you purchased. PAYMENT: All payments must be made at the closing of the auction. No items will be released until payments are collected. Online purchases will be charged at the conclusion of the auction
