We will now be charging a storage fee of $5 per lot per day for any items not picked up on pick up day. *Payment must be made before any items are removed. * If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date (regardless if item has been paid for), said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. *Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s). * Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card (4% Charge) (in USD) *All items sell AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
