Shipping is available unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before items are shipped. All lots are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. The information on our lots are provided as a guide only. We do try our best to give accurate information as well as quality photos. Our lots will occationally have prop stands, measuring tape, and other displays to help showcase the items in the pictures. They will be NOT be sold with the lot unless specifically stated. If boxes and containers are shown in the pictures, they are a part of the auction lot purchase. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Lots will start closing at 15 second intervals beginning at 7:00PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) All sales are final. Your debit/credit card on file will be charged for the total amount of your invoice after the auction closes. For invoices being shipped, once we have processed and packaged your items, the calculated shipping and handling costs will be then charged to your card on file. If you wish to pay at the time of pickup, let us know BEFORE the auction ends. Currency - USD If you are paying at pickup, payment must be made within 72 hours after the auction ends. If not paid within that time, your card on file will be charged for the full invoice amount. Buyer Premium - A buyer's premium of 10% will be added. Taxes - No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responisble for paying any sales tax their state requires. You will receive an invoice and a text message on any won lots at the end of the auction. Pick Up Terms: All items must to be picked up between: 10AM and 4PM on Saturday 10/30/2021. 10AM and 4PM on Sunday 10/31/2021. 11AM and 2PM on Monday 11/1/2021. If you do not pickup your items within the time mentioned above you run the risk of not being able to participate in our future auctions. If you find that you might not be able to make it within the pick-up time frame of 72 hours, contact us as soon as possible. Unclaimed Lots: Any unclaimed lots after 30 days will be consisdered abandoned and delt with at our discretion. By participating in this auction you are giving permission to Maniac Mark's Auction to email you about all upcoming events. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

**Auction Update - we've added a few last minute items to the end of the auction. Lots 809 to 818 must be picked up no later than Monday 11/1 by 4pm or they will be disposed of. The first 450 lots or so are tools (concrete work, woodworking, general purpose, Fibre Glast, automotive, etc.) followed by car audio, gaming, vintage toys, Tonka trucks, gun magazines, camping, sporting goods and more.
