We do our best to describe the items listed to the best of our ability. Please keep in mind that all items are sold "as is, where is". We do not accept returns or offer refunds. You are encouraged to review the photos in detail and schedule an individual appointment to view the items personally.
If you are unable to pick up your items on pick-up day, we can hold your items for up to one week, BUT you need to pay your invoice and notify us by the end of the day on pick-up day. Any items not picked up after 1 week will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer. This auction includes some high-end creepy display figures as well as traditional Halloween items. The display figures are used and most have had some repairs or have light damage; however, they are very realistic and functional for their intended use.
We will not be offering shipping on this auction. The majority of the lots are very large and delicate.
